Hello all, was wondering if anyone else out there was experiencing issues with there TPMS. I ordered my tradesman last july and it finally arrived at dealership late Oct. While a long wait, i didnt care because it gave me time to sell my 03 1500 that i also bought new. So, leaving the dealership, on my way straight to work upon taking delivery, the TPMS light went on at exactly 37 miles on her! It showed no reading for d/s front wheel. Then at 150 miles on the odometer, d/s rear wheel stop reading. I noticed tire pressure at all 4 tires was way off. one tire had 75psi, another 55psi, etc. Dealership fixed and stated the sensors in the wheels were bad......ok, it happens. At around 3k miles issue returned. This time dash screen says "tire pressure temporarily unavailable" Very limited info online about this issue. Most things i found were guys putting aftermarket wheels on and tire shop messing up sensors. It appears module the reads tire sensors isnt working correctly. It briefly reads tire pressure for maybe 2 seconds at start up, then nothing. Back to the dealer. They also inform me there is a recall on drivers side mirror that they will fix....ok. I get truck back and go to merge on highway and mirror now barely moves. 5 miles down the road, you guessed it, TPMS back on. Im assuming some hack tech maybe flashed the trouble code and never properly addressed issue? Other than this pestering trouble, i love the truck. 6.4 has plenty of power compared to my old 5.7. I ordered a bare bones truck for affordability reasons and dont really care i dont have leather, creature comforts, ect. The tiny radio screen is more annoying that i thought, but ive learned to deal with it. Maybe down the road i will add fog lights in bumper but other than that, its perfect for me. For awhile i thought about installing a CB radio but didnt want a magnet or drill threw antenna so i gave up on that. Oops im rambling on...lol So anyone else know of this pesky TPMS problem? Its going back to dealer for 3rd time next week

pretty sure there are a number of technical service bulletins on the tpms issues. instead of a cb think of going with a gmrs antenna is very small and easy to mount.

For a CB antenna see if they have the through the glass style antennas.

Not wanting to beat a dead horse...I am having the same problem with a twist. Its a 2020 C&C 5500 with 10K miles; only the inner D/S wheel drops out after 30 minutes and has done from new. Reappears once the wheel cools or pressure drops below 98-ish (not sure which) and then disappears again. My thinking was a faulty sensor, so I replaced it with the correct "inner" p/n. This one is not read at all by the system despite the requisite 20+ minutes at 15+ mph. Actually over an hour at +55mph. Fellow users of this C&C combo say just keep driving, it may take 1000 miles but it will come back.

I have also read on a MOPAR we b site that there is a power up sequence required as follows: Without putting a foot on the brake, press start button to ON; then press start button to OFF; Wait 15 minutes; Start as normal and drive for 20 mins at +15 mph. Tried this too without success.

Any ideas? And a question - does drive for 20 at 15 mean you must maintain +15 for an uninterrupted 15 immediately? Or does it mean drive and during that drive spell maintain +15 for a cumulative 20 minutes at least although you may be stopped or less than 15 for a considerably longer period. I believe it has to be the latter as who can be assured they can remain at +15 from the moment the wheels start turning!

I had to have all 4 of mine replaced in my 2020 2500, dealer said they had a bad batch? All is well now.

No need for any thing other then just drive the truck the sensors will automatically sync.
