Not sure if the 2020 is different than my 2019 but I was able to do it with a bypass cable and Alpha Obd. I didn't lower the thresholds but turned off the alarm system. My dash still shows tire pressures but no more low pressure warnings.
I did just that. On the 19's you get a warning at 20% down from I believe 60 PSI. In other words at 48 PSI you have warning lights which by they way you cannot eliminate until you inflate back to 60 PSI!
They are folks out there who for a small fee say under $100 will make your set point of inflation whatever you want. I was told you cannot change the 20% threshold.
I would have to search for the instructions again but as I stated above I was able to disable the warning system so there's no need to set the threshold to any other pressure. I can view current pressure as normal in the dash but can air up or down as I wish without the low pressure warnings. I typically run 55 front and 45 rear unloaded.
