Hey gang-
I recently purchased a 2021 Classic Warlock and I came with the 17” off-road package rims and tires.
I swapped my ‘17 Outdoorsman (which I traded in) 20” tires and reminded the dealership to flash the computer. The maintenance techs did not, as they said the tire circumference was almost the same. I got TPMS alarms and speedometer offsets because of this. I went into the dealership and now the techs say they can’t change the tire size on the 2021’s in the ECM. They did adjust the pressure range to reflect 20” tires. Given the lack of knowledge/laziness of the dealership technicians, IS it possible to program tire size in a ‘21 Warlock Classic? I’d like my Speedometer (and possibly my odo, abs, fuel consumption calculations, shifting points) to work properly.

What was your original tire size, and your new tire size? Rim size really has nothing to do with this. The only thing that matters as far as the speedometer goes is the diameter of the new tires versus the old tires. You can have a 17 inch tire and a 20 inch tire which are the same diameter, and not need to recalibrate the speedo. There are tire size calculators available online for comparing different tire sizes. I use this one, which shows you what your actual speeds will be with the new tires...

So now that we’ve proven that there is significant offset- can the computer be set to know that it is running 275/60/20’s instead of 265/70/17’s?

Yes 33 inches are also a 2021 Warlock factory option. 275 60 r20. If dealer is an idiot do it yourself . Buy a flashcal or superchips
tool and change
the tire size yourself with this flash tool
