I searched the forum for this particular issue and didn't find anything. The defroster elements on my slider stopped working over the winter and took it to my dealer for warranty repair. Dealer and warranty service manager were all on board for the fix only to be told by Ram that that part is NO LONGER covered due to a recent warranty language change. Has anybody else experienced this and how can RAM unilaterally change a warranty agreement without telling anybody? Im not a lawyer but doesn't a contract have to be honored unless both sides agree to a change?
