Hello all, just getting started with this very satisfying truck. My wife and I own a '17 Charger RT which is pretty heavily modified, and with all the overt attempts to hide the political activism at Ford and the problems with the Coyote 5.0 engine, we traded in our '20 XLT F150 for this beaut.
Equipped with the off-road group, 12" screen w/Nav and HK system, sport and all that. I have to say, it is nice to finally have no ignition keys and door handle touch unlock in all of our vehicles. Already got the windows tinted to max legal and am looking in to adding some subs to this surprisingly satisfying sound system, with straight pipes being the likely next step so this thing can sound like a truck.
My first impressions are that this is far more comfortable than the F150, but the F150 also sat higher stock, despite the description of the off-road package stating this sits higher than other Ram trucks stock. The comfort level is the big win though, as the roads here in Little Rock make you feel like you are offroading lol.
I have also noticed that online forums for Ram are far more friendly than Ford truck forums, and there is a regular group meeting here for things Mopar. Thank you for this information packed forum, and hope we all have great experiences with our trucks!
