2023 3500 Limited Order Help

[Island Doc]

I ordered a 3500 Limited on Nov 18th. It left the factory on March 13th. I was told it arrived Dallas rail yard on May 1st. It hasn't left there. I have called the dealer and they gave me a customer service number. I have called a couple of times without any help. I'm wondering if any others have had a similar experience. The way it's going they will be shipping 2024's before i get my truck. Any thoughts?

Your at the mercy of the rail road, mine sat in the rail yard for 3 weeks before it was unloaded and given to transport, I have read of others who had there truck sitting in the rail yard for months as in over 120 days....
