If leveled up front, you can run 35/12.50's on it and they clear. I run Ridge Grapplers...Love them. Will they clear with chains? I don't know...I'm in Fl and I don't have that problem. :favorites37:

I also purchased a 2024 Ram much like yours. I’ve also been looking at tires. But I noticed that you said you use tire “chains”. When we bought our truck we had to sign a form saying that we were notified to NOT use chains, but use cables instead.
I’m not sure if your dealer had you sign it as well. They said that chains would cause damage that would not be covered under warranty.
you must have me confused with another member. i don't use chains on my Rebel.

I have the Cooper Discovery AT II on my '16 Ram 2500 gasser. I got 27k miles off the original Firestones. I've got about 30k miles on the Coopers, but I'll need to shop for tires in the next few months.

I thought mine were excellent. I didn't hit the wear bars until 65k miles. That's spectacular on a diesel 4x4 IMO.
WOW! That's unheard of with those! I have never heard anyone getting more than 35k out of them. My experience with them, they wear out quickly & don't give you very good traction during that time. When I got my new 2022 I sold them right away. Less than 500 miles on them & I got great money for them. Then put on a set of Coopers. I drive like an old man & can still only get 35-40k out of the Coopers but at least get great traction with them. I guess at 57 years old most would say I am an old man :Big Laugh:

If u need chains periodically, i would no doubt put a 3 peak snowflake rated tire on (not an mt). A good all terrain with a lot of sipes.

My transforce ATs were shot just under 30 k miles. They still had some tread, but they hydroplaned bad. My Michelin Defenders are so much better and at 20 k they still look and ride great.
