In my window sticker there's a distinct difference called out between the "Rebel Suspension" and the Power Wagon suspension- called "Articulink". How/why they are different, I can't say. But I did find it interesting when I finally got a look at my sticker.

Functional difference: Softer, more flexy, lower tow rating due to the same vs the standard 2500 suspension.

They didnt bastardize a power wagon, because it wasnt a power wagon.

I'm pretty sure they bastardized the PW. I think starting in 2024, but at least on 2025 build and price: If you order a base PW it no longer comes with a winch. You need *at least* Option package 1 (the old package 2) to get a winch.

*edit*

Look under options Power Wagon Level 1 equipment group and you'll see it adds the winch.

Just realized that they stopped offering the winch as a standard option on the PW models. Doesn't surprise me and probably makes sense....most PW owners probably use the winch even less than they use the lockers!

For the Articulink suspension on the PW. The specific component that refers to is the different front radius arms that have a joint at the axle where the arm "wishbones" and connects to the axle at two locations. Regular Rams it's a solid piece, where as the PW has a joint between them. I'm curious to know how much difference it truly makes. Never seen anybody actually test it by swapping between the arms. I will say that all aftermarket radius arms use the exact same ones whether it's a regular 2500 or a PW. The other posts are also correct is saying that a PW also has softer springs front and rear (slightly softer in the front, and a good bit softer rear), slightly different shocks, and those springs do offer some increased ride height (usually about 1.5" in the front).

There's a pretty indepth discussion on H D Ram forum. You can't link to other forums here, but look for a 2021 thread called "

Articulink? Technical discussion
