'21 Ram 1500 reverse lights

The reverse lighting on my '21 Ram 1500 is terrible. I have the bighorn with the halogens. Thought about the dual leds that attaches to the hitch, but lights hang down too far for 4-wheeling. Aside from getting a new rear bumper, what do people recommend?

In my 4th Gen I got a halogen stick I tied into the reverse wires at the tow plug and attached below the license plate

I have LED's in my 09, but our 21 Laramie has the same issue. Nice camera, but it doesn't do any good with poor lighting. I've been thinking about these and putting a couple in the lower rear sensor trim. Or one of these and putting it between the bumper and tailgate ish. But there are a lot of people that put the flush mount lights in the bumper (lots of examples, this was just the first video), I just have an issue with cutting a hole in my bumper with less than 1k miles on the truck lol.

I added 4 bulb LED pods to my rear bumper. No more lighting issues back there after that.
