I am new to this forum, but i want to level the front of my 2017 2500. It has the snow chief group and off road package. I was wondering if putting shock extenders and blocks were ok. I don't go off road except once a year elk hunting in colorado.

I use a 2.5" Tuff Country leveling kit on my 2500's. Works great and it comes with a shock relocation bracket to help maintain proper shock alignment and angle.

They work great. I put quite a few miles on the first one I bought - 2007 MegaCab - and had no issues. I then put pretty much the same kit (P/N change for 4th gen trucks) on my 2014 and then installed the same one on my 2017

just Depends on the look you are going for. The more “+” you have the more it should stay in the wheel wel, the more “-“ off set will stick out past the wheel wel.
