2500 CTD 2wd leveling kit

Alright, my dad has a 2012 2500 CTD 2500 that's 2wd, I want to get him a leveling kit for it and install it as a surprise, I need help finding what's out there! Please help me out, I really want to do this for him. Any ideas will help a lot

CST spindles would be the best route or just a 2" spacer

I just want to level it out for now, just to get it started for him. He wanted a level on his 1500 but never did it, and he wants one on his 2500.
