Anyone know for sure if this cup holder console is compatible with the 1500 express console? It seems a lot simpler than the other 1500 ram long horn center consoles and would figure its cheaper.

Wouldn't see why not, but defeats the purpose of having a center seat to me. As the person in the middle better be a hot blonde because their legs are going to be split.

LMAO!!!

Well after i finished laughing i was able to continue writing. Uhh it would save me from removing my seat, and my girl could still sleep in the front seat. In reality im hoping this console would be much cheaper cause it honestly looks that way, but i prefer this setup than my cheap pulldown cup holder.

My thought is to check the floor pan/tranny tunnel shape... I know the Husky liners from my 1500 didn't fit in my 2500.

Not really thrilled with the giant plastic box - seems like there could be other options...

I got a six speed, so she'd get a tickle every time I went into 6th or reverse... :********:

Well i know it seems pretty plain but thats what makes me hope its not a good $460 like the 1500 ram version. And the cup holders seem to fall in a much better position than the current ones i have.

True - cup holders aren't bad - actually the best I've had in any vehicle I've owned with cupholders - including the flip out holderson my 2010 1500

They are not the same as the 3rd gen floor console cup holders right?

Used to drive a 3rd gen 6spd CTD, and it had a similar console, but the cup holders were adjustable which was the best design ever. My dad's 2011 6-spd has non adjustable ones I think right?

Wouldn't mind that old 3rd gen unit in my 1500.

Yeah, theyre not the same. Except for the fact that you can push them up and bring them down. I used to own a 2002.

That is why my wife sets in the center of my 2500, need to include a mirror on the dash. :naughty:
