2500 frame rail difference

I have an 04 ram 2500 the frame rail for where the bumper is mounted does it change from how everything is mounted going to a 4th gen frame rail specifically the 2011 model for aftermarket bumpers

I would say it won't you need to look at trucks that are those years and see to be safe.
