Have the dumb welded front gear so would it be worth it for 500 for the front diff or wait and go for 4.10 or 4.56's.

3.55 to 3.92 is not that big of a jump and I don't think it would be worth the cost. What size tires?

35's. And everyone says 3.92 to 4.10 ain't worth it so I'm not sure. But according to gearing chart stock 33's with 3.55's is the same as 35's with 3.92's is the same

I'm curious of this as well. I got a 13 Ram 1500 with 35's, 3.55 gears and an open diff. Would really really like to upgrade my gears then possibly up to 37s.

I have the 5/6 speed with 33"s and 4.10s. At 70 mph, the engine is turning 2000 rpm.

In first gear, at 2000 rpm, I'm going 15 mph, which isn't bad.

I'd like it a bit lower, tho. I think what I have is pretty close to ideal.

3.55s and the 5/6 with 35s would be miserable. 33s sucked. 35s would need 4.56s. I wouldn't do 37s because I think they look stupid, and you can't gear these things down enough to make them work.

35's with 3.55's isnt to bad but i wish i had 4.56's or 4.10's, to bad its so damn expensive with these zf diff's and axles in 12-14 trucks

with just a diablo canned tune on mine with big 35's with 3.55's and a 4" lift, fully loaded crew cab 6 speed with all options it still cut a 7.0 second 0-60

Yeah that's my problem, I know the gain isn't huge from 3.55 to 3.92 but it's waaaaay cheaper then all the modifications to go to 4.10 or 4.56

Depending the price i'd definitely go to 4.10 as opposed to 3.92 though.

i agree, a custom tune and 3.92's would really wake up alot of these trucks running 35's with 3.55 gears. maybe even a little 2800 converter too and the setup would be pretty damn nice for a DD
