At 91,163 miles I did the major PM on my ‘14 1500 Big Horn.

1. 16 NGK spark plugs
2. New brakes at every corner (including parking brakes)
3. Coolant and thermostat change
4. Transmission filter and fluid change
5. Front and rear diff gear oil change
6. Transfer case fluid change

Dumb integrated transmission pan and filter. Went with Dorman so I can hopefully just change the filter only next time.
Crazy, crazy gear oil prices!
Plugs weren’t too bad to change. Seems to have helped it run a little smoother.
Can’t believe the factory brakes lasted this long. I even pull a camper a few times per year.
Anyway, glad it’s over so I can hopefully forget about it for ten years.

Great job on getting a major service completed.

However, perhaps also consider the following, toooooo..........
- Retorque your intake manifold (these are known to back off and can cause drivability issues)
- Throttle body service (taken off for a deep & thorough cleaning & do the TB relearn reinstallation - suggest a new factory TB seal/gasket - they're inexpensive but a great thing to replace, especially with almost 100K miles)
- PCV valve removed and cleaned (or replaced altogether)
- May be a good time to also replace the serpentine belt and the idler & tensioner pulleys
- I'd also look to do a deep flush and fill with a premium DOT4 brake fluid
- Did you bed in your new brakes?

Good lock with the Dorman and hope it serves you well. It should, but if I wanted to be able to change the trans filter I'd of gone with a PPE pan.

Perhaps also consider the @caulk04 transmission cooler bypass valve upgrade. It'll drop trans temps by up to 30deg/c and your engine temps a few deg/c as well.

Canuck, thanks!
Serpentine belt, tensioner, idler and brake fluid done. I did seat the brakes if that’s what you meant.
Cleaned TB but did not remove.
Did not know about intake bolts and did not think about PCV valve.
I’ll check out the info on the transmission cooler bypass upgrade.

BTW, also had a noisy front hub assembly.

All in, $1,500 USD so far in parts. I can’t imagine the bill from a shop or dealer.

Thanks again!
