2014 Express Crew Cab black out edition with chrome 20s.
Wife was complaining about getting into the truck as She's short (5'2") and I'm like 6'1" so I don't have a problem.
Decided to go cheap as the truck is a lease (for now) but wanted something that will look good and last a while. Although I'm not a fan of nerf bars as I think it takes away from the look and style of the truck (esp the new Rams) I know whats good for me (happy wife = happy life).
These are 3" DIA tubing 304SS painted black, with all the bolt on bracketry that was painted. Install took about 30min with an impact wrench. All in all they work, they seem pretty sturdy and they look half way decent. Since the tubes are 304SS I don't see them rusting out anytime soon and will prob pull and paint the brackets with POR15 come summer time when its warm enough out (21*F in the AM right now and will only get colder).
Just thought Id throw this up in case you guys are up on the fence about nerf bars as I had through finding a lot of pics of diff setups on here. The BEST part is the cost… $118 shipped brand new from ebay!! Whoop whoop!
