Many people were saying they were going to rub.!!
I was able to fit 35s with just a front 2.5 Inch leveling kit no trimming.!!
Method 301s 17x8.5 0 offset 4.75 backspacing on Ironman All Country M/T
2019 Ram 1500 Classic 4x4
Took it out to a trail no rubbing at all.!!

The offset it what sets them apart. A wider wheel with an aggressive offset and they rub like crazy. What offset are your method wheels for future readers

Man, This is the info I have been looking for. What level kit are you running? I have Icon Stage 1 set at 2.75. I REALLY want to do 35's. Im pretty local. Do you think we could meet up so I could see it in person?

Without a lift this set up would rub on the pinch weld. I have 2 sets of 35" tires, mudders are on same as you and with no lift I had to cut plastic and bend over pinch weld. My other set of Toyo RT's are on stock rims and rub at full lock under suspension load on the stabilizer bar but is very rare when it does.

Who told you they weren't going to fit ?
These are metric 35's (in this case Falken AT3W 315/70/17 which are 34.6") with Rancho QL struts which gave me 2" lift in the front, wheels are 17x9 -12offset, so 4.5" backspace. never had any issues with rubbing as long as my caster was in the 4.5* and up area. It rubbed with 3* caster (Rubbed the seam at the back of the fender well while turning)
Also the QL struts are a extended travel so they don't top out as short as the stockers at full compression. If you were using 5100's, they are as short as the stockers and if you compress them in full your tires will hit the fenders depending on their size. I know people hitting them with same size 315's, so it's possible to mess up your fenders with 5100's regardless of the perch you use . That won't happen going slow though that will happen if you're going a little too fast :)

12k miles later i had saved enough to buy me a set of King 2.5 coilovers and shocks so the Ranchos are now my backup shocks and they stay in a box in the garage.
Kings are also extended travel so no issues running 35's and your fenders regardless of height. again in my case only way to rub that back seam is if my caster falls below 4.0 or so, i ask my local alignment shops specifically for 5.0* caster anyways. (You want aftermarket UCAs with a built in offset to get you there with a 2-3lift, OE UCAs won’t cut it)

Same tires but now on Kings 2.5 setup for 2.5" lift

I'm also one of the few people around who have dared run 37x12.5x17 with 2.75 lift :), couple of turns in the CO's and voila. rear is 1.5" if i remember, though i'm running 2" Clayton coil springs now days. Everything i've done is documented in my built thread. see sig for details.

I had to massage my front fenders to run the 37's, not for the faint of hearts as i took a hammer and went to town rolling the edges of the front fenders in like the stuff you will do with a fender roller when you have a lower car and want to fit in wider tires, i'm sure those who have done it will know exactly what i'm talking about :). It didn't need much and the paint was surprisedly tough so it didn't chip away or anything.
For the back only added 1" bumptop more for a total of 2" bumpstops, i have stackable ones so i can run 1 or 2 or 3 or whatever i need

Cosmetic rub at the seam at full tuck with those 37's

If i was going slow the 37's will never rub the fenders with the Kings

Rolling the edges on the inside of the front fenders will prevent the tires from dmaging the fenders when going a little faster, i'm not into jumping the truck but i'd imagine if i was i'll need glass fenders for sure with 37's. 35's should be ok if running that hard with the stockers and any extended travel front coilover.
If running 5100's with 35's you can set them in the 2" clip and use a 0.5" top spacer to keep your 35's away from the fenders. with extended travel you get 1" extra cushion down there for 35's.

Have fun.
