I am a 2013 ram Outdoorsman with level kit and 20" wheels I want to replace them with 35/12.5/18 rims and tires. What offset can I run for a nice mean look and no rubbing?

I'm not sure of the offset, but I had to run a 1/4 spacer on the fronts due to rubbing the knuckle. They'd rub at full lock for sure. I was running 33's for years, they needed replaced and I knew I was getting the lift. Told the wife I can replace the tires without the lift, but I can't put a lift on before replacing the tires lol.

Pay no attention to the ball joint, I was getting the struts replaced.

Search the Custom Offsets gallery for similar setups and see if people report any rubbing... https://www.customwheeloffset.com/search-wheel-offset-gallery

The offset you need depends on the width of your wheels, can't give a definitive answer unless we know the wheel dimensions. jc4041 is right on needing enough backspacing (from a lower offset based on wheel width) to clear the suspension with 12.5 wide tires.

Adding to some examples, this is what 20x9 wheels with a -32mm offset on 37x12.5 tires looks like. This combo with a 6'' lift definitely rubbed the lower pinch welds and fender liners at and near full lock, which required some hammering and trimming.
