Well....getting my truck cleaned the best that I can do after this winter and heavy rains as of late, I noticed that my rims have certain spots that look like some type of oxidation and spots that look like impact marks on the wheel. I need to get some pictures of what I'm talking about. I haven't hit any curbs or anything like that. Maybe a rock got kicked up and caused the damage.
Not liking the prospect of having to repair these. Some of what I don't like is when the new tires were put on, the old spots where the wheel weights were looked like they are corroded.
Am I going to have to sand and polish these spots to get them so they are not noticeable, or am I better off letting a professional have a go at them?
