. What are the true differences in a 2019 3500 Chassis Cab and 4500 Chassis Cab rear end as far as payload capacity(Not talking the door GVWR).
-Being a chassis cab is it the same frame?
-This 3500 has 12" rear axel and AS69RC transmission so I think axle is the same as a 4500?
-Rear tires are #9850 at 65lbs. Why would it not go up to #12000 at 80psi based on front being #6000 at 80psi. Tires are rated at #3000 at 80psi.
-I think the max tow has an upgrade spring package and bed only drops about 2" under load
-Maybe brakes are slightly smaller?
-Maybe spring hangers aren't as beefy?

A 3500 Chassis Cab should be nearly identical to a 3500 Dually, with the only major exception possibly being an elongated rear frame.

I can't speak to if the axle is the same as a 4500, but I'm guessing it isn't.

Rear tires are rated differently if they are in a dual combination versus single, and in a dual combination they are typically rated lower per tire - you can't let the sidewalls flex as much or they will rub against one another, potentially causing a catastrophic blowout.

Axles are different, brakes are different, etc. They are not the same.
