3rd gen bed to 2nd gen truck

will a 3rd gen bed fit on my 2nd gen ram?? having a hard time finding a bed for my 02 but there is a bunch of the 03-08 beds around here..... thanks

Im pretty sure most holes will line up. Can always use some angle iron to make it work. What state / city are you in? Check local yards.
