4.7 won’t start

i have a dodge 4.7 I replaced the engine in my 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 with another 4.6 from a 2002 Dakota when I try to start it it won’t start it pops and sounds weird the guy said it was driven into the trailer I don’t know

Start checking cam position sensor or crank sensor first and hope that works
