Attached is everything I had done to my 48re, it drives fine but it has this terrible clunk from 2-3 and 3-2. I’m trying to figure out what it is ? Anyone else have a issue like this ?

A clunk or just a hard shift? It does state that they put a shift kit in the thing and that they modified the valve body. Would be nice if we have the specifics of the parts and not just, "heavy duty."

Yea I know right, I need to call him back up and see if he remembers. I would say it’s more of a clunk and forced shift or sloppy shift, similar to what my Power Wagon with a 66rfe did. I live on a military base so getting to work the speed limit is 15- 25 and the truck idles at that speed holds second shortly (according to my tuner) then it feels like it releases everything clunk and third gear it is.

That kind of sounds like a TV cable adjustment issue. Hopefully it's just a simple adjustment or something like that. I think you should probably take it back to them and have them go for a drive with you. But I know incorrectly adjusted stuff can trash a trans quickly so I would go easy on it until you can talk to them.
