Doing a 4th gen seat swap on my 06 mega, as well as full console. Pulled everything from a 2014 megacab Does anyone have a wiring diagram for getting power to the console? I located a seat wiring video on YouTube but that’s pretty much it.

When I did mine I just used the preexisting plugs from the dash receptacles (needed to relocate the OD button) and the one that was inside the jump seat. Just needed to extend some wiring.

Did the new console bolt right up, or did you have to fab it in?

3rd gen and 4th gen bench seats are not interchangeable.
I'm in the process of putting the entire interior from a 4th gen into 3rd gen, it can be done.. just takes a little extra work.

First of all, that article reads like someone who has read through forums and not actually done it himself LMAO.
Secondly, the only bench seat in either of those generation trucks is the rear bench and yes, yes it is very much a bolt in:

Fits perfectly and the bottom lift feature works perfectly and has for the past three years as of this month.
