4th gen vararam is here

It works for you. Its not made for the chally Hood.

Even at idle you can hear it sucking in the air. Sounds beast. If you're in the market for an intake this is one bad **** I'm not gonna lie. Hasn't been quite a week yet that I've had mine and I'm sold on it.

How will it work with the sport hoods if the hoods are just for show and not functionality?

Correct on the paintable one, but as far as the hood, no. I know I cut slits in mine (mistake), but you can see they don't even come close to the intake. Besides the intake seals right up to the hood liner when the hood is closed so there isn't way to make it work.

I'm Thinking about getting this. Can you make a video so I can hear it. I love intakes that are loud!

I will do my best to get a video up tomorrow.

Maybe the Vararam work with the 3rd gens, I dunno. But for the 4th gens this intake won't function with any hood currently on the market.

The older vararam will not work with the srt10 hood either. As the only way it seals is with a lid, and draws air from the bumper through two tubes that go downwards from the intake.
