5.7 to 6.4 engine swap

Hey everyone,
New guy on the block here. I have an '03 4x4 1500, with the 5.7; I was wondering has anyone figured out how to swap to the 6.4, or at least the 6.1?

6.1L will physically bolt in, you'd need an '05 pcm swap to even run it though since the '03 is the ******* step child hemi. The 6.4L would not work as it's a VVT engine and the '03 wouldn't even work with it. Now, if you swapped everything and had a custom harness made then sure, you could get it to work but it'd be a whole lot cheaper just stroking out a pre-'09 5.7L block or installing the 6.1L.
