02 Ram 2500 5.9 L Magnum. Just replaced heads, cap, rotor, plugs fuel pump, fuel filter and both O2 sensors. The truck runs rough with half the power. Its also running rich and backfires. All the electric checks out. Plug wires are correct and theres plenty of spark. Is it running bad because the computer is used to it and needs a hard start?

Could be fuel sync off or o2 sensors. What brand o2 sensor did you install? These trucks are picky. Made sure the plug wires are 100% at the proper cylinder?

Yeah, I've read mixed results with Bosch O2 sensors. Cheap "no name" seem to be straight "no go." The NTK's seem to reliably review pretty well. That's what I'm running and no problems after about three years.
