545FRE Trans Temp Sensor

I have a 04 1500 hemi with the 545rfe and I have an engine code for a trans temp sensor and when I'm driving it goes into "limp" mode but with i try to find the part it doesn't exist. I've called dealerships and they say they don't see a part for the temp sensor.

i dont remember the code but i replaced the valve body in whole and it fixed it
