Anyone have alignment concerns for on the 5th gen power wagon. Outer edge of tire are wearing and had it aligned twice. It is in factory spec every time.

What kind of shop are you taking it to? Many dealers and even tire shops can't actually do a proper alignment on 2500s because the trucks are too long for their alignment racks, so at best they're guessing. You need to find a shop with a LONG alignment rack, someplace that specializes in bigger vehicles.

Also, do you corner hard, or make a lot of turns at higher speeds (freeway exchanges, on/off ramps)? If so, that will accelerate wear on the outer edges of the tires while leaving the inner edges looking pretty good as well. I used to drive a LOT in and around a fairly major city, so I was cornering/merging/taking clover leaf ramps a LOT, and the outer edges of my tires looked like crap. Had to rotate them a lot more often to keep it in check. Relocating away from that city evened out my tire wear significantly on that same vehicle (that I no longer have).

Not saying you don't have an alignment issue, just stating a different possibility that I've found can cause the same issue.

Have them align it to the Thuren specs (it's the same as a gen 4).

And rotate the tires often.
