5th Wheel Prep

I have a 2024 RAM 2500 Laramie with the V-8 6.4L engine and 6'4" bed and looking to install either a 5th wheel hitch or Gooseneck. The truck did not come with the 5th Wheel / Gooseneck Towing Prep Group though. Is this going to prevent me from installing a hitch? Looking at installing the Andersen Ultimate 5th Wheel connection. Suggestions? Opinions?

I have the B&W turnover ball and use the Andersen Ultimate. Bothe are rock solid options. The nice thing about the turnover ball is a flat bed and easy change over. Also, the Andersen is light weight, so it saves you about 100# of weight in the bed. Being light and easy to remove and install is a plus.
