6.7 cummins exhaust on a 6.4 hemi

I got a quote on an exhaust done and it's like 600 with only 3-inch pipe but I looked up online a muffler for 4in Inlet Outlet aero turbine muffler for 150 and then they sell a turbo back 6.7 straight pipe exhaust 4 in to for 250 you think a diesel exhaust would match up figure it's the same truck I just don't know if the hangars will match up. Only reason I would want to do it that way is one it's cheaper and to I'll be able to keep the 4-inch exhaust that's on it now I'm going to put an aero turbine on it the same Muffler that was on my old Ram it sounded deep
