6.7 Died immediately after WIF light came on

Hello, I was driving yesterday in my 14 3500 when the WIF light came on and the truck immediately died going through an intersection. Lost steering, brakes, everything. Changed the filters and purged the system but it will not start. Turns over very rough and wont start. Not sure where to go from here hoping for some insight from this group?

Any ideas?

The first thing to determine is if water made it into the engine mounted filter, if so, did the water level rise beyond the filters capacity and into the injection pump. If not, then there is another issue, if water did get to the injector pump and possibly into the injectors it isn't going to be a simple solution.
