6.7 Diesel vs 5.7 Hemi lug stems

Why are the lug stems different for the 2010 Ram 2500 Diesel and the 2500 Hemi?
Also my Ram is a 2500 5.7 Hemi. But my lug stems are for the diesel. Any idea in why thia would be the case?

You mean the lug studs? I don't think they are different. Just glanced at RockAuto and they list the same part numbers for both the studs and lug nuts for either?
