Finally deciding to bite the bullet and get one. Which brands though? Rcx, zone, bds, etc. I know bds and zone are probably top, but what else is there?

truck is 1500 4x4 2010

And you won't be able to lift and have a level kit installed at the same time, right?

I did a level with a body lift on my truck. It's 5" of lift and costs a lot less. If I was going suspension lift I'd definitely go zone, hands down. They make a fantastic product and a reasonably priced. If you want it to be level get the zone 6" front with 3" rear coils

I have a 2500, not a 1500, but I went with a 6" Pro Comp suspension lift and YES I did a level at the same time. 6" in front and 4" in the back did it for me. Don't forget to add the dual shock steering stabilizers in the front. Makes a big difference in the drive and handling.

Fabtech and procomp also make some good kits. I would probably stick with the zone. Same company as BDS but a cheaper price tag. I am not a big fan of the RCX I always see them getting rusty looking even here in TX.

Rough Country changed their kits in the last couple years and now only provide rear spacers for lift rather than full lift coils. For that very reason I would recommend their kit. As stated above the Zone kit is going to be the best bang for your buck. I'd recommend the 6" kit with 5" rear coils and Bilstein 5100's set at 2.1" on the front to level it out. That will be the best looking setup.

I wouldn't recommend ProComp at all. They have a really hokey rear lift system as well. There's also no need for a dual steering stabilizer on a 1500 as they have IFS with rack and pinion steering.
