6-Way Power Seat Motor Question

I wasn't sure if this was best suited for "Electrical and Audio" Or "Interior" so here goes.

Only 4 of my 6 directions for the power seats work. I have the rear tilt up/down, forward/backwards, but the front tilt up/down does not move. It sounds like the motor is spinning, but alas no movement.

Is there a trick to fixing this? Is it a gear or track that is misaligned? Looking at the motors while I was installing a new seat cushion, I could not see anything out of place or broken.

Thanks @HemiLonestar, when I get some time I'll take the seat off and check the seat motor gear shaft.
