Transmission is aluminium,so if you can get at the bolt with a welder,use the same principle as removing a broken exhaust manifold bolt on an aluminium head,weld a washer to the bolt then weld a nut to the washer/bolt,and slowly work the bolt back and forth to remove it.

Good idea but don’t have access to a welder

Been soaking it with PB Blast the last few days to hopefully break down the rust bond
