6yrs no shop or dealer can find problem

hi this comment is about a 2003 hemi ram 5.7l that no one can find the problem. I've taken it to several dealers and shops had the completely rebuilt etc. Here is the problem engines runs excessively rich to the point if you push pedal down more than a quarter inch it floods and dies. Things shops and dealerships has replaced ecu, throttle body, injectors, no egr, fuel pump, the engine, O2 sensors, new cat, etc. no change still undriveable, do you have any ideas??? thanks

What was rebuilt?

Did you return the vehicle to the place(s) of repair when the repairs were not successful?
