and have had my tpms light go off twice in 3 days, all tires at 40-43psi the left rear was down to 20, filled it to 45psi, drove to atlaintic city and back (2hrs) and the lights on again 19psi........called the dealer and of course all they cover is the rims and the tpms sensor.

they said if its a tire defect call goodyear for the warranty, if i hit something is my ass. just funny how i have 700 on these and there goin flat already, my ZEONS on the 2004 had 20k+ on em nails, screws, off road, not even a scratch.

what tires are out there that have a decent tread but a little less agressive then the LTZ's this truck will never see the mud (unless on accident of course)

40-43psi is too much. The sticker on the drivers side door says 32psi for the stock 20"s. The tpms light will go off if you over inflate the tires as well. The light will go on if the pressure is off + or - 2-3 psi.

Personally I had a set of Goodyear SR-As on my 2006 Dakota. Never had an issue with them. 55-56,000 miles out of them and they still had tread left when I switched to a set of Dayton Timberline AT/IIs. Those tires took me around Iowa, up to Minnesota, through Nebraska, Colorado, and Wyoming without issue. I also had them on during the Iowa winter a couple of years ago which is the worst one I can remember and never once got stuck.

Sometimes you just get a bad set I guess. My new Ram has SR-As on it and I haven't had any issues with the tires so far other than running over a screw that conveniently stuck in right where the sidewall meets the tread.

I had the Michelin LTX M&S tires on my 06 and love them and I might be going again with the same tires but the newer ones.

I hate goodyear overall as they wear very poorly. Keep in mind though with rims that are not basic steel bead leaks are more likely than they are with the steely's. Nirogen will help with your TPMS because moisture is taken out of the equation and will stay more consistent.

As far as pressures go keep in mind what the door says means nothing when you replace the tires with none oem tires. I am running My tires so I can run up to 80psi in those where the factory oneyears are passenger tires so rated for less psi and less weight.

BFG All-Terrains on my 4th set all different vehicles never had a leak or a flat.

I hate good year also. I had them on my srt and by 10,000 miles the belts were separating. Very dangerous and ridiculous when they cost $250/tire.

is it possible you actually have a nail or some other puncture in the tire? 2 hrs to drop 20psi is not a small leak...

Also, I thought the truck's warranty provided road handler's coverage as well which would get you a pro-rated tire price just like the option from a tire dealer? With tires 700 miles doesn't mean a damn thing, you only have to drive about 6 inches to puncture one with debris
