stuck on SXM 41, no audio at all

Volume stuck at 8

No fm/am

Bluetooth/usb switch to connect screen but won’t connect

Apple car play not working.

Heat/air con work normal, all the menus work normal

Called uconnect and did a soft reset which did nothing.

Truck has 4700 miles, and probably going in to service.

Anyone experience this?

I have a 2013 that is doing something similar. It has gotten worse year after year. I will lose all controls of the radio and sometimes steering wheel controls. Sometimes my key fob isn't detected as well when its in the truck. It will go months in between doing that though. The radio controls is hit or miss like its a weather thing which is no excuse for a 5 yr old truck 61k. Some days I will be on the road and the radio will shut down and reboot followed by every action I made previously when it was frozen so, radio quiet, RADIO LOUD, radio quiet, RADIO LOUDER. I'm sure you get the idea. Help please!

Hi zach13halfton,

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your radio. Has the Uconnect team been made aware? Send me a direct message with your VIN as I'd be glad to get this over to a Case Specialist for further review.

Could you try disconnecting the battery?

It worked fine after work that day, and has worked fine since.

Although yesterday the screen went black for a min but the sound worked fine.

I’m going to have the dealer look it over when it goes in for it’s first oil change.

Thank you for providing this information. I was able to get a case created to formally document your concerns. Based on your first post, it sounds like it may be beyond the surface and would need to get an official inspection at the dealer. I checked your VIN on the software update website at https://www.driveuconnect.com/support/software-update.html and do see your system is ready for an update. Be sure to perform this at your earliest convenience. As far as getting this escalated for further handling, I do need your contact information and mailing address which needs to be sent in a direct message. Be sure to confirm if you're planning on working with the dealer.
