8-Speed Automatic?

I'm not thinking of doing this anytime soon, but possibly exploring it way down the road; would a new ZF 8-speed bolt up to my 2004 5.7 4x4 1500 Hemi? Has anyone tried this before and if so what mods did you have to make and do you recommend this?

I can't imagine anyone has swapped an 8spd to a 3rd gen HEMI ram. I'd imagine it could be done but the $$$ would be stupid.
