94 v10 fuel problem

i have a 94 dodge 2500 v10 4x4 once it gets below half tank it will act like its out of fuel? and blows the fuel relay any ideas?????? im in the process of doing the freezes plugs right now so im trying do everything at once

Does it have no power and misfire?

Does it misfire, have virtually no power upon acceleration, idles poorly? What happens when you release the gas cap?
