both 2nd gen rams in the family have started loosing a/c coolant this summer.
it will stay cold for a bout 2 wks, then need a refill. 2 doses of stop leak have worked in the older one. the other just started.

what should my first step be?

Maybe try adding some freon with the uv dye in it? It's really hard to diagnose an ac system leak on anything as there's no telling where it could come from. Tony just re-did the ac on his 2nd gen and the condenser in the dash was his problem

Welcome Sir!!! And yes I agree with Mark. try the dye and see if you can see a leak after a week or so. If you don't see one right away check your drain hole under the dryer. That's how we found my evap was shot.

Got them off eBay for around $140 shipped. Everyone I know with them has an issue with fitment on the drivers side light. There's an extra plastic tab on the back side of the bracket where it mounts that needs to be removed or trimmed to get it to fit flush.
