A/C problem

My A/C blows ice cold out the driver 2 vents but doesn't really blow cold out the passenger side vents. I'm pretty sure it's a blend door but how exactly do I go about replacing it? I heard the plenum is sealed closed, and I don't wanna have to go through the hassle of finding/buying a good working unit. Advice?

The whole dash has to almost come out. You can take the hvac apart to replace the doors. I would first make sure it is a blend door and also check the recirc door.
