Have an '01 Ram 1500 and the high side port was leaking as soon as I charged the a/c. I replaced the valve and cap but now it is leaking around the threads this time, not out of the top. Any ideas om what to do or to fix this? It's mighty hot here in Texas right now and I need that A/C!

buy a new high side line, it will be about $30-75 depending where you go, call first to make sure they have it. buy the cans of r134a at walmart for 4.99 each, should take a little less than two cans.

If you dont have them already you will need the fuel / quick disconnect tools, I prefer the small round ones, but they make a metal one that has most sizes.
