a muffler that won't hurt torque?

I have a 2012 1500 4x4 bighorn with the 5.7 The only mod to the motor is a Volant intake. I've read a few threads on here about guys saying the feel like they've lost some low end power/torque with a muffler swap. I like the sound of a throaty powerful motor, but I'm not sure I want it if it comes at a loss of torque. My truck spends way more time under 3,500 rpm than over it.
Any thoughts on this? Are Flowmaster and MagnaFlow both going to cause this supposed power loss? If I also put headers on, and swap out the muffler, will that take care of all my worries?
Also I'm one of the suckers who purchased the lifetime warranty from mopar. Will headers and/or muffler swap void anything?

I have noticed no power loss when the flowmaster hd50. Wouldn't say I gained either.

Perhaps go with a 3" in 2.25" out instead of 3" in 2.50" out.

its a placebo effect lol you gain or loose a little bit with a muffler its more for a sound effect. If it voids a warranty your dealer is an idiot

Just don't go too big in pipe diameter and you should be good.

I replaced my stocker with a Magnaflow and felt no torque loss.

it will only void the warranty if they can prove the "mod" you made is what caused the failure.

This. It's louder, but you're going the same speed/rpm.
