the ac will blow cold while im driving but once im at a light it gets warm. any way to address the problem ? thank you in advance!

First thing I would look at is to make sure that the electric cooling fan is working

Not only that make sure your condenser is not obstructed. It is located in front of your radiator. Try spraying some water on it with the garden hose to clean it out.

If your condenser fan is not working this is what happens,at speed you have plenty of airflow across the coil ,when you stop it stops and so does the cooling . Check fuses ,relay if not them ,the fan is probably bad. Test it separate.
