added start-x remote - now truck battery is dead

anybody else have an issue with the remote start-x system ?
truck had no issues before installing the unit.
battery is drained down enough that it wont turn over.
im going to test for a drain but wanted to see if anyone here had any issues first.
Install we real easy - plug and play - and was working perfectly
