Adding light bar

Can someone tell me what the black plastic is? I'm hoping that I can drill through to run the switch wires. If not there, where did you pass the switch wires through?

Block off plate for the hole in the firewall for a clutch cable. Perfect for running wires. Make sure you get a grommet.

Like IRSmart said. Clutch blockoff. Definately an access into the cab.
Buy one of these!! Great for one to multiple wires
