Adding puddle lights

Hello all. My question is i have tow mirrors. when i installed them there was a wire plug or two that were just tucked away in there. the mirrors have a spot that pops out to add puddle lights. i

if i add the puddle lights will they plug and play since it appears pre wired by the factory, like most rams are.

I believe so just pop out the spot and look if the wire is there there’s also a video on youtube about it .Just swamped my stocks for LEDs .Got them off Amazon for 20 bucks works great no issues .Good luck

That’s exactly what i thought pop them out plug them in. i was on amazon and that’s what i’m going with. thanks for the confirmation that’s what i was looking for.

Do yours come on as running lights as well or just when the door opens? just want to make sure i’m case i go with a blue shaded white. don’t want those on while driving of course
