AFE MACH Force XP anyone?

I had the AFE cat-back system on my 2012 Challenger R/T and was very pleased with the sound and performance. It didn’t drone on the highway either.
I’m tempted to purchase the 49-42013-P for my 2017 Limited.
Anyone else running this? I’ve searched for sound clips everywhere to no avail. I know there are cheaper alternatives out there, but AFE makes quality stuff and I’ve had good luck with their products in the past.
Any help would be appreciated!

I never heard it, but since the muffler is very similar to the Magnaflow (22" body 5x11) it should sound about the same.

The Magnaflow is similar to stock at idle, but sound deeper and is be relatively loud when you really get on it.

I think I’ll bite the bullet and buy it. Maybe do an install video and a before and after to share with you guys. The website lists them for over $1k but I found it for like $700 free shipping on another site.

My thoughts exactly. I’m a pretty firm believer in AFE products but they definitely aren’t the cheapest option

Just ordered the side exit version of this kit since my magnaflow muffler is perforated. Shop who installed it was a little to hot on the welder when the welded the hanger to the muffler case...

Got an e-mail, mine’s back ordered and won’t start shipping until March 8. [emoji853] Can’t decide whether to ask for my money back or just wait it out!

Maybe nick@gotexhaust can get you a good deal on the Solo Mach44 cat-back.

Mine should be here by Friday, but won't be able to install it for a few weeks unless I'm lucky...

Well I was able to install it this morning and I removed it tonight...

The muffler is much smaller than the 22" 5x11 Magnaflow and the level was too much for my taste since I have LT headers. I will contact AFE because the muffler I got doesn't look like what's on their website.




I tack weld the hole on my Magnaflow, lets hope it hold up.

So, the company I bought from gave me the run around and I ended up never getting my exhaust! They kept telling me it was on factory backorder, but I called AFE directly with the part number and they had plenty in stock. I raised hell and finally got a refund, but still no exhaust. After reading the replies, not sure if I’ll try for AFE again or go another route
